For profiles unfamiliar with modelling, where the aim of these sessions is to provide a common minimum knowledge base and enable adequate monitoring of the main course without missing basic technical or conceptual aspects.

Modelling Programme for Asset Valuation and Financial Structuring – 16 hours
The construction of economic-financial models for asset valuation using discounted cash flow as a tool for investment decision-making in asset acquisition processes or portfolio valuations is addressed.
These models are based on long-term projections and differ from the tools used for budgeting or short/medium-term planning within the company.
The objective is to obtain the cash flows generated by the assets, which can then be used to determine their valuation or optimal capital structure.
